Use a variety of techniques, on their own and in combination in conjunction with the diaries within the book to help train your brain and body into feeling relaxed, 'with it' and able to conquer anything that life throws at you. Learn techniques that actively change the chemical reactions within the body and connect your mind and body so that you become one full and complete being.

There are also colouring pages and blank pages for you to write your own ideas, or draw, scribble, stick things in, whatever you will. There's a multitude of prompts which ask you to look at your own thoughts and behaviours and see what you want to change or improve.

This is the participant manual for my 8 week stress reduction therapy course which I run both singularly and in groups within my office in Norfolk. It is a culmination of many years of experience and study. The book has been written in such a way that it could be used as a standalone for those not close enough to have the experience of joining in person.
