Author Fung-Yuel Chang is an award-winning writer, inventor, and educator with a Doctor of Engineering Science from Columbia University. He has also received a best teaching award from that university and has advised a Rhodes Scholar who attended Oxford University. Though Chang has worked for decades in various math- and science-related fields, his biggest concern remains US high school students’ low test scores in math.
