As a versatile woman, mother, wife that studied carpentry, accountant and psychology, adult, and children, I believe there's nothing under the sun that I cannot do. My brain can stretch, as long as I channel my mind to interact with the spirit of God. God never challenges you beyond your ability, but he challenges you according to your ability. I allowed my mind, body, and soul to be vulnerable, accessible, available, transparent until forgiveness was the critical action to my freedom and to develop my full potential. As long as one has breath in their lungs, you can never touch the end of your potential. One's potential keeps stretching with dreams, goals, ideas. Through trauma, there's purpose. Through this book, I will be someone to escape. Whoever reads this book will become someone who escapes through healing, forgiveness, and letting go. The trauma and pain one experiences or experienced was not for them to be inadequate to their actual being to overcome and touch others. The book of Isaiah 54:17 ( KJV) says: no weapon formed against you shall not prosper. It never says it will not touch you, but it will not fulfill the reason it comes for you. When one day becomes today. The day that changed Sarah’s life forever, I wish I could have said for the better but that is not how Sarah’s story goes. Based on a true story, Sarah, has had her fair share of life. Going through the pit of hell, and hearing the sound of her heart going from 100 to 0 in a blink of an eye.
