You will read first-hand experiences from carers, highlighting the various issues encountered whilst providing care towards their loved ones and those in their care with autism, different disabilities or terminal illnesses etc. In hopes of the solutions they found to cope with their situations can help other people with similar problems.

Some of the stories are heartwarming, and some may be unbelievably sad, but the reality of a Carers life shines through all the stories and brings to life their words which are seldom heard outside of the caring community.

The inspiration and motivation to complete this project came about from my association with CREDU, which provides information, advice and emotional support to unpaid carers of all ages. CREDU will benefit from a portion of the sales proceeds of this book.
