This second edition of the popular electronic textbook has been thoroughly revised for 2020.

Three new chapters have been added to cover recent progress in Tumour Immunology, Tumour Immunotherapies and Industrial Immunology. The remaining chapters have also been updated to include the latest advances in topics such as innate lymphoid cells and inflammasome activation.

The book aims to introduce and explain each of the major aspects of human immunology that are likely to be covered during undergraduate courses in immunology.
