Previously only available on the Mute Records website. The first four tracks are strictly just readings by Cave; the remaining 12 are threatre music by Mick Harvey & Ed Clayton-Jones with vocals by Katy Beale. The remaining tracks are from a commissioned theatrical adaptation of the book devised & designed by Cliff D´Oliver, directed by Ariette Taylor and performed at The Napier St.
